"The Friends of the Horsham Library" is an organization created to maintain an association of persons interested in books and libraries, to focus public attention on library services, facilities, and needs, and to stimulate gifts, desirable collections, endowments and bequests.

"The Friends of the Horsham Library" is a Not-For-Profit Organization affiliated with the Pennsylvania Citizens for Better Libraries (PCBL). Through this affiliation, "The Friends of the Horsham Library" is considered a 501(c)(3) organization by the Internal Revenue Service. The PCBL's Group Exemption Number is 3626. Donations to the Friends may be tax deductible as provided in section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code.
